This Cholera Monument is by the road side. The 70 Colonists are buried in the middle of the field. To view this monument take Route 81 west through Cambridge, Illinois to Osco road. Osco road is just before you get to Andover. Go North on Osco Black Top 1.8 miles. Turn west on 1300 ( County Rte 32). When the county road first curves right continue straight ahead. You will see monument about one half mile down this road. If you go under route 74 you went the wrong way. |
