Dorcas Wood, 102, Tucson, AZ, formerly of Oblong, IL. died Monday September 25, 2000 in Tucson, AZ. Dorcas was born January 31, 1898 in Robinson, IL. She was the daughter of Arthur & Emily (Newlin) Kidwell.
On November 3, 1920 she married Burl Wood who died in 1966. Dorcas was a member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church of Oblong. Dorcas is survived by Granddaughter - Claudia & Kim S. Osmus; 2 Great Grandchildren Shannon & Brian Griesel and Casey & Kim Dexter; 4 Great Great-Grandchildren Alexander Griesel, Kiana, Kieran, and Keori Dexter; Daughter-In-Law Lela Wood.
She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband and 1 Son Burl Wood.
