Marjorie Lucille "Marge" Spencer 69 of Oblong died at 3:11 p.m, Thursday, August 24,2000 at the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville, IL. Marge was born May 26, 1931 Martin Township Crawford County, IL, the daughter of Jason & Agnes (Lynch) Spencer.
Marjorie worked on the candy line at L.S. Heath & Sons, as a laminator for the Robinson Transfer Co. and as a punch press operatorat Victor Dana, all locations in Robinson. Marge was a member of the Berlin Church rural Oblong.
She is survived by; Daughter and Son-in-law; Pansey & Pat Karns of Robinson; Brother; James & Dorothy Spencer; Sisters; Goldie Spencer, Lela & Bill Barnbrook and Ellen "Becky"& Bob Slane, Uncle Eugene "Gene" Lynch, 17 Nieces, 8 Nephews, 38 Great Nieces, 30 Great Nephews and several cousins.
Preceded in death by, Parents, 1 Sister Dora Littlejohn and 1 Niece Marjorie Barnbrook.
