Harriet F. Harbison Osborn, 76, formerly of Robinson, IL, died Friday afternoon, January 7, 2005 at the Eden Village Retirement Center, Glen Carbon, IL. She was born September 15, 1928 in Olney, IL, the daughter of Harry Rosborough and Winnie Ashworth. She worked at the Schmidt Clinic, the First National Bank, and the Gas Company. She was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church, Robinson.
She married Russell "Red" Harbison on June 12, 1948 and he preceded her in death on July 25, 1991. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
She married Don Osborn on September 10, 1994 and he survives. She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Resa L. and Kevin Bridges, Glen Carbon; her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Janet Harbison, Vincennes, IN; 4 grandchildren Charis and Andrew Bridges, Glen Carbon, Aaron and Andrea Harbison, Vincennes, IN; 3 half brothers, Harry Rosborough, Gary Rosborough, and Woody Rosborough.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 15th at 10:30 a.m. at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson. Burial is in the Robinson Old Cemetery. Visitation is from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (c.s.t.) Friday, January 14th. Memorials may be made to the Eden Village Retirement Center, Alzheimer's unit, Glen Carborn, IL, with envelopes at the funeral home.
