Garnet Ruth Keller, 84, of Robinson, IL., passed away at 11:33 a.m. Sunday, August 22, 2004 at Crawford Memorial Hospital in Robinson. She was born November 9, 1919 in Robinson, IL, the daughter of Alonzo Meeker and Ruth E. Hale Meeker. She was office manager of Keller Printing, Robinson. She was attended the Bethany Christian Church and the Robinson Highland Baptist Church. She was a member of the Serenader Singers.
She married Moran C. Keller on December 7, 1940 and he preceded her in death on January 12, 1992. She was also preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Ralph Meeker; and 2 sisters, Vivian Jean Lewis and Louise Outcalt.
She is survived by 2 sons and her daughter-in-law, Rick and Marilyn Keller, Gastonia, NC, and Jim Keller, Robinson; 2 grandsons, Brian and David Keller, Olney; her sister and brother-in-law, Estelene and Delno Smith, Robinson; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 25th at 10:00 a.m. at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson. Pastor Randy Mullinax is in charge of services. Burial is in the Kirk Cemetery, rural Robinson. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, August 24th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson.
