Dorothy A. Coulter Dhom 90 Merrillville, Indiana formerly of died Thursday, September 19, 2002 at the St. Anthony Hospice in Crown Point, Indiana. Dorothy was born in Lilbourn, Missouri on February 25, 1912 and was the daughter of Chancy Lee and Fannie M. (Michl) Harris. On August 12, 1931 Dorothy married Ausby Lowell Coulter who preceded her in death on May 12, 1953, on August 4, 1976 she married Cornelius F. Dhom who preceded her in death on October 11, 1981. Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of the St. Andrews Catholic Church, Merrillville, Indiana. Dorothy loved to quilt.
Dorothy is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Jim L. and Zenovia F. Coulter; a daughter and son-in-law Mary L. and Kenneth L. Menacher; two brothers and sisters-in-law Andrew and Eileen Harris, Chester & Agusta "Gussie" Harris; one sister Isabel Clark; one sister-in-law Zola Dennis; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, one son Donald Coulter and two brothers Victor and Arthur Harris.
Burial will be in the Oblong Cemetery.
