Betty Ann Baum, 74, of Palestine, IL, died at 5:08 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2004 at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson, IL. She was born June 17, 1930 in Lawrenceville, IL, the daughter of Kenneth Fry and Hazel Conover Fry. She was a homemaker.
She married Paul Baum on January 24, 1959 and he preceded her in death September 6, 2000. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter, Debbie McSchooler on May 17, 2003.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Roy Kenneth and Becky Baum, Palestine; and 3 grandchildren, Kenneth Ray "Kenny" Baum, Palestine, Derek and Darci McSchooler, Robinson.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 19, 2004 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Palestine with Rev. Linda Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery, rural Palestine. Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. Sunday preceding the service.
