The Grand Army of the Republic was a fraternal society of Union veterans of the Army, Navy, Marines, and Revenue Cutter Service. A national effort is underway to locate records of the hundreds of local posts that existed nationally. This is the roster of the Alfred Harrison Post of Palestine, Illinois. It is not intended to be a complete list of all the Union Civil War veterans from this region.
