Note - This is a question as to birth date.  The
Idaho State Death Index states 5 March, and
this article shows 5 April.  They do state she is
52 though, so this also adds to the confusion.

     Sarah V. Moffit, 52, died Saturday at the family home in Caldwell.  She was born April 5, 1880, in Cleasfield county, Pennsylvania.  She moved with her parents to Iowa in 1981 and in 1884 to South Dakota and came to Idaho in 1897.  She was married in Baker City, Ore., May 9, 1904.
     Surviving are her husband, William H. Moffitt; two daughters, three grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. A. M. Wolfe of Boise; three brothers, Matt C. Thompson and Maurice W. Thompson, both of Halfway, Ore., and Charles A. Thompson of Auburn, Wash.
     She was the mother of Harry Birge, who passed away about two weeks ago.
     Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Nazarene church.  Interment will be in the Canyon Hill cemetery.

MRS. SARAH V. MOFFITT
 RESTS ATOP CANYON HILL

     Funeral services were held last Tuesday for Mrs. Sarah V. Moffitt, 52, at the Nazarene church in Caldwell.  Interment was in Canyon Hill Cemetery.
     Mrs. Moffitt is survived by her husband, William Moffitt; two daughters, Mrs. Harry E. Birge and Mrs. Laura Vale; seven grandchildren; one sister and three brothers.
