Rev. Seburn Harris

     Rev. Seburn Phineas Harris, 95, of Greenleaf, died Sunday at a Caldwell nursing home.
     He was born De. 9, 1963, in New Providence, Iowa.
     He was reared in Iowa and moved to Kansas in 1885 where he married Ora A. Macy, on July 15, 1888.
     They moved to Knowles, Okla., where they resided until moving to Greenleaf in 1950.
     He was a retired minister of the Friends Church.
     Mrs. Harris preceded him in death in November of 1956.
     He was a birthright member of the Friends Church.
     Survivors include three sons, Rev. Fred Harris, of Pasadena, Calif., Carl and Lester Harris, both of Greenleaf;  four daughters, Mrs. Flora Myers, and Miss Merle Harris, Greenleaf, Mrs. Mabel Lyda, Nampa, and Mrs. Ce Cleole Cook of Portland, Ore.;  a sister, Mrs. Cordelia Hudson of Sacramento, Calif.;  20 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren.
     Services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Greenleaf Friends Church with Rev. Oscar Brown and the Rev. Scott Clark officiating.  Interment will be in the Greenleaf cemetery un the direction of the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel of Caldwell.
