Sakuko Abe |
Sakuko Abe, 92, of Buena Park, CA and formerly of Caldwell, died Nov. 10, 1996.
Mrs. Abe was born December 14, 1903, in Fukuoka-ken, Japan. She came to the Boise Valley in 1924 with her husband, Roy Abe. They farmed together until his death in 1963. In 1968 she moved to Buena Park to live with her daughter, Joyce Lee.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Ivan, James and Clifford.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce and Karen; sons, Dee, LeRoy and Ray Abe Kawamoto and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 16, 1996, at Dakan Funeral Chapel in Caldwell. Interment will be at Canyon Hill Cemetery in Caldwell immediately following the services. |
