Nyssa Man Passes
   At Local Hospital

     Nicholas Bach, 58, of Nyssa, Ore., was laid at rest Wednesday afternoon in the Roswell cemetery.  Funeral services were held from the Roswell Baptist church with the Rev. A. C. Lathrop officiating.  Mr. Bach passed away Sunday night at a local hospital.
     He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lilly Bach, two sons, Walter Bach of Sweet, and Kenneth Bach of Nyssa, Ore; three daughters, Mrs. Orin Griffiths of Waukeen, Kan.; three sisters, Mrs. Lucy Daisy of Kit Carson, Colo., Mrs. Minnie Richards and Mrs. Rose Hogan, also of Kit Carson, Colo.
