Martha Allen

     Services for Martha R. Allen, 98, of 8121 Brynwood, Boise, who died Monday, June 13, in Boise, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Chapel of the Chimes, Meridian, by Pastor Emmanuel Rohn of the United Pentecostal Church of Caldwell officiating.  Interment will follow at the Middleton Cemetery.
     She was born April 29, 1885, at LaBelle, Mo., where she was reared and educated.  At the age of 15, she moved with her family to Cambridge, Idaho.  In 1904, they returned to LaBelle, Mo.
     She married James Henry Allen on Feb. 3, 1910, at Wyaconda, Mo.  They moved to South Dakota in 1912.  In 1919, they moved to Middleton, where they owned and operated a bee-keeping business.
     Her husband died in 1963, and she moved to Boise in 1966.  She attended the Pentecostal Church for more than 50 years.
     Survivors include one son, Eldon L. Allen of Nampa; two daughters, Dorothea A. Chester and Mrs. Clifford (Great) Huit, both of Boise; ten grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
