CALDWELL MAN
   IS FOUND DEAD

                            __________

Martin Inge bretsen Discovered
in Warehouse of Local
Produce Company
__________

Martin Luther Ingebretsen, a familiar Caldwell figure for more than a quarter of a century, was found dead Saturday evening about 5:40 in the warehouse garage of the Vassar Produce company on Main street.  Apoplexy was pronounced as the cause of his death.
It is presumed that Mr. Ingebretsen, who had telephoned his wife as late as 5:30 to tell her that he would be detained for dinner, became suddenly ill and entered the produce company building to rest.  The body was found by Charles Whipple, a truck driver for the concern, when he had occasion to go into the garage.
Mr. Ingebretson was born at Satovanger, Norway, June 21, 18875.  While still a very small child he came to this country with his parents and settled in Ogden, Utah.  Later he went to Baker and from the Oregon city came to Pocatello, where he married Miss Sarah Geddes on December 10, 1898.  He came to Caldwell in 1905, associated with the Hartenbower Bros. plumbing company and later engaged in the plumbing business as his own private enterprise.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 Friday at the First Presbyterian church with the Rev. E. P. Lawrence officiating.  Interment will be in the Canyon Hill cemetery.  The body is now at the Peckham chapel.
