Death closed the career Wednesday of Harvey Armstrong, well-known Knowlton Heights rancher and homesteader of the Deer Flat section.  Mr. Armstrong, who was only 55, had suffered a stroke of paralysis last September and until last Wednesday, when he was stricken with another attack, had apparently been recovering.

Mr. Armstrong was born at Atlanta, Ga.  He was married to Mrs. Armstrong in 1903 and came to Idaho from Oklahoma 26 years ago.
He is survived by Mrs. Armstrong;  two daughters, Mrs. Opal Brislawn of Longview, Wash., and Miss Hazel Armstrong of Oakland, Calif.;  four sons, Paul of Salt Lake, Earl of Huston, Roy of Huston and Harvey, Jr., of Huston;  two sisters, Mrs. Julia Collett of Ventura, Calif., and Mrs. John Oxford of Atlanta;  one brother, Frank of Norcross, Ga., and one grandchild.
