Mrs. Frances Kushlan |
Mrs. Frances Kushlan,
80, of 120 East First St., Homedale, died early Saturday
morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frances Mrak,
Homedale Route1, following several months illness.
Mrs. Kushlan was born May 27, 1878, in Yugoslovia and
came to the United States in August of 1905 and located at
Rock Springs, Wyo., and it was there she was married to Frank
Kushlan, on Aug. 20, 1907.
They came to Homedale in 1914 where they farmed until
1946, when they retired and moved into Homedale.
Mr. Kushlan preceded her in death on Sept. 5, 1950, at
Homedale.
She was a member of St. Hubert's Catholic Church of
Homedale.
She is survived by three sons, Frank Kushlan of
Springfield, Ore., Lewis Kushlan and John Kushlan, both of
Homedale; three daughters, Mrs. Antone Mrak, Homedale
and Mrs. Bert St. Clair of Idaho Falls and Mrs. Aryo Ojala of
Boise; a brother, Lucan Cegnar of Yugoslavia; 17
grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Services are pending at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel. |
