Finis A. Martin
 

     Services for Finis Allen Martin, 84, of 321 Blaine St., a Caldwell resident for 12 years who died Tuesday in a local nursing home, will be held at 2 ;.m. Friday at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel.  The Rev. Walter Lang of Grace Lutheran Church will officiatd.  Intement will be in Canyon Hill.
     Mr. Martin was born Jan. 23, 1875, in Sublette, Mo., where he war reared.  He married Effie May Bartlette on Feb. 25, 1903, in Kirksville, Mo. and they lived in Missouri and Minneapolis, Minn., until moving to Caldwell in 1947.  He was a member of Grace Lutheran church.
     Surviving in addition to his wife, Mrs. Effie May Martin, who is living with a daughter in Marietta, Ga., ore two son, V. Jay Martin of Caldwell and Paul K. Martin of Portland, Ore.; three daughters, Mrs. Goldie Marie Johnson of Burbank, Calif., Mrs. Margaret Ellen Wesley of Marietta and Mrs. Ruth Waldron of Casablanca, Morocco; a sister, Mrs. Lucy Elliott of Monrovia, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
