Another auto tragedy was registered in Canyon county Sunday evening at about 7:30 o'clock when Mrs. Mae McCoy, 19, wife of T. W. McCoy, of Caldwell, was instantly killed as the result of a collision that took place at what is known as the John Weldman corner of intersecting county made in the Central Cove district.
Mr. and Mrs.. McCoy were coming from the north when their car was struck by or collided with, a Ford coupe driven by L. E. Stone, who conducts a garage at Huston.  Mr. Stone was accompanied by his wife and two children.  The McCoy car overturned.
The body was brought to the Peckham funeral home Sunday evening.  The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Baptist church with the Rev E. H. Gillet in charge assisted by the Rev. J. W. Kowalk.  Interment will be in the Canyon hill cemetery.
A coroner's inquest was conducted at the city hall in Caldwell this afternoon, beginning at 2 o'clock and continuing until 4:30 at which testimony was given by various witnesses.  The jury consisted of F. E. Feuling, N. C. Gordon, Joe Dickens, J. M. Walker, E. E. Brooks and W. N. Hollingsworth.  The findings of the jury gave no indication that in connection with the tragedy there were any elements of criminal responsibility.  The verdict was as follows:

We, the undersigned jurors summoned to appear before Paul L. Case, Coroner of the County of Canyon, State of Idaho, at Caldwell, at the City Hall on the 4th day of August, 1930, to inquire into the cause of the death of Mae McCoy (Mrs. T. W. McCoy) whose death took place at what is known as Weldman's Corner in Central Cove District in Canyon County, Idaho, whose body we have viewed at Peckham's Funeral Parlor and having been duly sworn according to law and having made such inquisition and inspecting the body and hearing the testimony adduced upon our oaths each and all do say:
That we have found that the deceased was named Mae McCoy, a resident of Caldwell, Idaho; that she died on the 3rd day of August, 1930 in Central Cove District in Canyon County, Idaho, as a result of an accident caused by the collision of two automobiles at said Weldman's Corner.
All of which we duly certify by the inquisition in writing by us signed this 4th day of August, 1930.
