Dies At Parma
Home Saturday


     Clarence Bertram Hurtt, 70, who located in the Roswell community in 1902, died at his present home in Parma Saturday night.
     Born at Cero Gardo, Ill., Oct. 2, 1871, Mr. Hurtt came to Idaho in a902.  Locating first in the Roswell community, Mr. Hurtt moved to Boise in 1903, to Portland in 1920 and lived there for several years and move to Parma in 1935.
     The survivors include his widow, Jessie Hurtt of Parma;  three sons, John Hurtt, Los Angeles;  Christopher Hurtt, Portland;  Ross Hurtt, Parma;  two daughters, Mary E. Hurtt, Parma and Jessie M. Fagin, Los Angeles;  four grandchildren.
     The body is at the Peckham chapel.  Services will be held at the Community church in Parma, Tuesday at 2:30 p. m.  Burial will be in the Parma cemetery.
