Funeral Services
For Almeda Bacon
To be Held Friday


     Funeral services for Almeda Elissa Bacon, who passed away Wednesday morning at Parma, will be held at 2:30 p. m. Friday.  She was born May 9 in Fulton county, Ind., 84 years ago.  She left her native state at the age of 12, moving to Nebraska, where she was married and came to Idaho in 1888.  The family settled first in Boise and then in Parma, where she has been a resident for the past 47 years.
     Survivors are her children, Mrs. Edith I. Ross of Rogue River, Ore., Royal O. Bacon of Beaverton, ore., Lewis C. Bacon, Headquarters, Ida., Charles F. Bacon, Parma;  Willard A. Bacon of Portland; Mark E. Bacon of Parma; Mrs. Rose O. Douglas of Parma; and Mrs. Lois L. Ross of Parma, and eighteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
     The services will be held at the Nazarene church, of which she was a member, with Rev. Jackson officiating.  Interment will be in the Roswell cemetery.
