Oliver Latture

    CALDWELL - Services for Oliver Latture, 85, Caldwell Route 3, who died Friday, were held at 3:30 p.m. today at the Peckham-Dakan Chapel.  The Rev. Robert Reed and the Rev. Stanley Banks officiated and interment was in Canyon Hill Cemetery.
     Mr. Latture was born Aug. 16, 1881, in Raymond, Neb.  He was married to Bessie B. Weller, Sept. 24, 1904, at Omaha, Neb.  They moved to Portland, Ore., in 1907, and lived in Enterprise, Ore., for six years prior to moving to Caldwell in 1919.  He was a barber before coming to Caldwell.  He had farmed in the Caldwell area since moving here.  He was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Raymond.
     Survivors are his wife, Bessie, Caldwell; two daughters, Mrs. Blanche McClure and Mrs. Jessie Bell, both of Caldwell; a brother, Sam Latture, Wymore, Neb.; a granddaughter and two grandsons.
     Memorials may be given to the Heart Fund.
