NAMPA BABY SUCCUMBS     NAMPA - Clare, 18 months old son of Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Kennedy, died early Saturday in their home over the Cold Storage Market.  Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, from the Catholic church.
