Free Death Certificate Provided Upon Request

CARRIE VERHEYEN DEAD Young Daughter Taken From Nampa Home by Heart Affection.      NAMPA - Funeral services were held from the Catholic church Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock, over the remains of Carrie, 13-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Verheyen, who died Sunday evening from an affection of the heart.  The daughter had been seriously ill some months ago, and a recurrence of the trouble recently led to her demise.     Rev. Father J. P. Reis had charge of the funeral service.  Interment was in the Catholic cemetery.
