NAMPA - Antone Azevedo, for nine years a resident in this community, died Saturday at Portland, Ore., to which place he had gone only the preceding day for the benefit of his health.  He had been in poor health for two years.  In company with his wife and baby daughter he had gone to Portland upon advice of his physician.     Mrs. Azevedo arrived in Nampa Sunday with the body.  The funeral will be held from the Catholic church Tuesday morning, with interment in the Catholic cemetery.     Mr. Azevedo was 40 years old.  The only members of his immediate family are the wife and 16-month-old daughter.  John and Manuel Azevedo of this city are uncles.
