Annie Bowen

     Rosary for Annie Bowen, 92, of 315 16th Ave. S., Nampa, who died Tuesday, April 17, in a Nampa hospital, will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday in St. Paul's Catholic Church, Nampa.
     Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Paul8s Catholic Church, Nampa, by the Rev. Merle J. Fisher, S.M.  Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel of Nampa.
     Mrs. Bowen was born Jan. 17, 1892, in Sopot, Germany, to Jacob and Rose Kleiner Klinkosh.  She came to the United States with her family as a small child.  The family settled in Lincoln, Neb., later moving to Blackfoot, Idaho where her father farmed.
     She married William C. Bowen, Feb. 21, 1912, in Sheridan, Wyo., and they lived in Salt Lake City for a time before moving to Nampa in 1918.  Mr. Bowen died Aug. 4, 1980.
     Mrs. Bowen was an active member of St. Paul's Catholic Church.  She also had belonged to St. Paul's Altar Society, the Catholic Women's League, the Legion of Mary and the Neighbors of Woodcraft.
     She is survived by two sons, Dr. William F. Bowen, Albany, Ore., and John T. Bowen, Nampa;  two daughters, Genevieve Harbert, La Pine, Ore., and Anna Marie Bowen, San Francisco, Calif.;  13 grandchildren;  21 great-grandchildren;  and several nieces and nephews.
     Four sisters and one brother preceded her in death.
     Friends may call at Flahiff Funeral Chapel of Nampa until 9 tonight, Saturday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m., and Sunday from 1 until 6:30 p.m. and at the church after 7 p.m.
