Mrs. Winifred Shaver

     Services for Mrs. Winifred W. Shaver, 81, of 714 Chicago St., Caldwell, who died Wednesday at a local nursing home, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Middleton Baptist Church.  Rev. James Dobson and Rev. James Austin will officiate.  Interment will be at the Middleton cemetery under the direction of the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel.
     Mrs. Shaver was born Nov. 21, 1877, in Kahoko, MO., and was married to James Thomas Wilson, on Sept. 1, 1895 at Kahoka, Mo.  They came to Idaho in 1902 settling at Middleton where they owned and operated a butcher shop from 1906-17, when they moved to a farm near Middleton.  She and her husband helped build and furnished the grounds for the present Middleton Baptist Church.
     Mr. Wilson died in 1931.  In 1942 she was married to W. W. Shaver at Caldwell.
     She was a member of the Middleton Baptist Church.
     Survivors in addition to her husband, W. W. Shaver, are two sons, Salm Wilson of Caldwell, and Hurley Wilson of Meridian;  three daughters, Mrs. Leona March, Sacramento, Calif., Miss Lillian Wilson and Winifred Wilson both of Santa Cruz, Calif.;  two brothers, Everett Fretwell of Fruitland and Grover Fretwell of Portland;  a step daughter, Mrs. Frances Felthouse, of Coeur d'Alene;  a stepson, Lee Shaver of Seattle, Sash.;  three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
