NAMPA -
Services for Tedford H. Winslow, 97, of 2609 Sunnybrook
Drive, Nampa, who died Jan. 6, 1982, in a Caldwell
hospital, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Friends
Church, Greenleaf, by Pastor Paul Goins of Friends Church,
Greenleaf, Homer Smuck of the Friends Church, Nampa.
Interment will follow in the Greenleaf Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 24, 1884 in Bangor, Iowa. He was reared and
educated in Marshall County, Iowa. He moved to Greenleaf
in 1911. He married Ula Elena Tucker on Dec. 31, 1918, in
Greenleaf. She died in 1942. He married Ida Perry Fodge.
She died in 1957. He married Dilla Tucker on June 28,1959
in Nampa. They moved to Nampa in 1979.
He was a member of the Friends Church in Greenleaf and the Pleasant
Ridge Grange.
Survivors include his wife of Nampa; two daughters, Catherine Bell
of Moore and Margaret Brown of Idaho Falls; a son, Dale of
Greenleaf; a stepson, Donald Fodge of Silverton, Ore.; a
sister, Floy Bacon of Clemens, Iowa; and a numerous
grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in
death by two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at the Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, from 4 to 9
p.m. Sunday. Memorials may be made the Health Center at
Sunnyridge Manor, in care of Dakan Funeral Chapel or the
Friends Church, Greenleaf.
