Corn are held at Middleton

Funeral services were
held Thursday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the Middleton
Baptist church for S. P. Corn who died at his home in the
Marble Front community Monday night. Death resulted from
heart failure.
Mr. Corn had been a prominent farmer of the Marble
Front and Middleton communities for many years, having moved
to Middleton 18 years ago from Missouri. He was born in
North Carolina in 1857 and when a young man moved with his
family to Missouri, later coming to Idaho.
He is survived by his widow, seven sons, Ollie, and
Avery of Morris, Okla., George of Bellevue Ill., Raymond of
Nampa, Everett of Middleton, Emery of Meridian and Doran of
Marble Front; a grandson, Ira, who has made his home with the
Corns for many years, and a sister, Mrs. Anna Albert of
Morris, Okla. |
