Oscar Henry
Evans, 72, a pioneer resident of the Middleton community, died
at his home near, Middleton, Thursday, following a stroke of
paralysis. Funeral services were conducted Sunday
afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Case Funeral home in Caldwell,
with the Rev. E. P. Lawrence of the Caldwell Presbyterian
church in charge. Burial took place in the Wilder
cemetery.
Surviving relatives are the widow, five sons, Orville
and Chester of Middleton; Walter, Marion and Thomas of
Wilder; one daughter, Mrs. James McHugh of Notus;
seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. |
