Ora Durbin

     Ora C. Durbin, 87, of Wilder, died Saturday, Nov. 14, 1992, in a Caldwell care center of natural causes.
    Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, at the Wilder Cemetery.  The Rev. Dan St. Clair of Homedale will officiate.  Arrangements are under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.  Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
    Mrs. Dubin (sic) was born Nov. 17, 1904, at Competition, Mor., a daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. Andrew J. Chambers.  She married Clarence Samuel Durbin on Sept. 26, 1924, and three sons and a daughter were born to this union.  Ora moved to Wilder in 1941.  She cooked in several cafes in the area before retiring in 1969.
    Ora enjoyed her home, yard and flowers.
    Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Garton John and Jeanie Durbin of Sardis, Canada, and J. Lee and Wanda Durbin of Boise; nine grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren;  two brothers, and their wives, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Chambers of Kansas City, Mo., and Mr. and Mrs. Hayward Chambers of Nampa; and two sisters, Mrs. Hila Garret of Nampa and Mrs. Opha Perryman of Lebanon, Ore.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, a son, three sisters, four brothers and a granddaughter.
    Friends may call today until 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9 a.m. until noon at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
