Lloyd Allen Collins, 67, of Vale, Ore., passed away June 19,
1990, at his home of natural causes. Graveside services
will be held Monday, June 25, at the Parma Cemetery under the
direction of Nyssa Lienkaemper Chapel.
He was born Aug. 31, 1922, in Willow Spring, Mo. to
Abraham L. and Nora (Goss) Collins. He grew up in that
area and came to the Treasure Valley area more than 30 years
ago. Lloyd was a retired cabinet maker. He enjoyed
bluegrass music. He and Wanda were married Sept. 7,
1974, in Walla Walla, Wash.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda of Vale; a son,
Lonnie Collins of Parma; a daughter, Verda Jean Foss of
Leesburg, Fla.; five stepsons, Benny, Jerry, Johnny, Ronnie
and Danny Padilla, all of Parma; two stepdaughters, Glenda
Zimmerman and Nicki Wong also of Parma; a half sister, Heidi
Collins of Willow Springs, Mo.; a grandson; and 19
stepgrandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday, June 24, at the Nyssa
Leinkaemper Chapel from 6 to 8 p.m. |
