Lyla E. Isom

     Services for Mrs. Lyla E. Isom, 74, Caldwell, who died in a Caldwell nursing home Saturday, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel.  The Rev. Kenneth E. Armstrong of the Memorial Park Baptist Church will officiate.  Interment will be in Canyon Hill.
     Mrs. Isom was born Feb. 1, 1885 in Manitoba, Canada.  She moved to North Dakota with her parents as a small child, and in 1905 move to Mountain Home.
     She was married to David Isom in Payette Oct. 13, 1922.  After making their home in Boise for four years they moved to Caldwell in 1926, and she had lived here since.
     Her husband and a daughter, Virginia, both preceded her in death.  She was a member of the Auxillary of the Boise Moose lodge and of the Memorial Park Baptist church in Caldwell.
     She is survived by two brothers, Orvill C. Colthorp of Mountain Home and Percy J. Colthrop of Edmonton, Alta.; her twin sister, Mrs. Lillian Morrison of Cornation, Alta., and sever nieces and nephews.
