Graveside services for
Kathryn Marjorie Shippy Anderson, 35, Marsing, who died
Monday, Dec. 16, at home of natural causes, will be conducted
Friday at 2 p.m. at Knowlton Heights Cemetery near Marsing by
the Followers of Christ Church, Caldwell, under the direction
of the Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
Mrs. Anderson was born Feb. 6, 1950, at Aline, Okla.,
to Samuel and Marjorie Shippy. She moved with her
parents to Weiser in 1954 and then to Caldwell in 1966.
She married Dennis Anderson of Marsing on March 14,
1975. They had since resided in Marsing.
She was a member of the Followers of Christ Church,
Caldwell.
She is survived by her husband of Marsing; four sons,
Job, Merritt, Charles and Patrick Anderson of all of Marsing;
and two daughters, Leanna and Cindy Anderson, both of Marsing;
her parents, Samuel and Enid Shippy of Caldwell; seven
brothers, Terry, Samuel, Robert, Floyd and Jay Shippy, all of
New Plymouth, and Don And Joe Shippy, both of Caldwell; two
sisters, Mary Milburn and Enid Austin, both of Caldwell; and
numerous nieces and nephews;
She was preceded in death by twin daughters, Katie and
Carmen; a son, Caleb; her mother; a brother, Phil; a sister,
Barbara Joleen; and her grandparents.
Friends may call today until 9 p.m. at the Dakan
Funeral Chapel. |
