Mrs. Lila Slinker

     Mrs. Lila M. Slinker, 69, of Wilder, died Friday at a Caldwell hospital.
     She was born Aug. 18, 1889, in Harrison, Ark., and was married to William T. Slinker, on Sept. 21, 1907, at Belleforte, Ark.
     They moved to Idaho in 1914 and located at Wilder where they pioneered on the Wilder bench area.
     Mr. Slinker preceded her in death in December of 1958.
     Survivors include a son, John F. Slinder, Homedale; four daughters, Mrs. Edith Marshall, Caldwell, Mrs. Madge Orth, Woodland, Wash., Mrs. Ethel S. Martin and Mrs. Lucille Jurries, both of Boise; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
     Services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel in Caldwell.  The Rev. Ralph Fothergill of Wilder will officiate.  Interment will be in the Wilder cemetery.
