Guy R. Hall

     NAMPA – Guy R. Hall, 84, of 2904 Illinois Ave., Caldwell, died in a Nampa nursing home Saturday night.
    He was born Oct 17, 1879, in Grahm, Mo., he married Viola Fuller at Smith Center, Kan., in 1900 They came to Idaho in 1936, living at Emmett for two years and then at Marsing and Wilson until 12 years ago, when they moved to Caldwell, where they since resided.
     He was a retired rancher and violin maker. He was a member of the IOOF Lodge No. 286 of Anselmo, Neb., for 42 years and of the West Union Church in Nebraska.
    He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Viola Hall, at home; three sons, Dan W., William Raymond and Ray LeRoy Hall, all of Melba; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Lucille Sailor of Winnemucca, Nev., and Mrs. hazel Edith McMurtry of Hillsboro, Ore.; two brothers, Lester Hall of Sergeant, Neb., and Earnest Hall of Campbell, Neb.; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Long and Mrs. Verleen Hopkins, both of St. Joseph, Mo.; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
     Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Alsip Chapel. The Rev. Nathan B. Pierson of the Caldwell Friends Church will officiate. Interment will be at Melba.
