Gregorio Cerda

     Rosary for Gregorio R. "Little Joe"
 Cerda, 36, 408 20th Ave. No., Nampa, who died Thursday, March 24, in a Nampa hospital, will be recited at 8 p.m., Monday at Flahiff Funeral Chapel of Nampa.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Tuesday at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Nampa, by the Rev. Merle J. Fisher, S.M.  Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Nampa.
     He was born March 16, 1947 at Jerez Zacatexas, Mexico, a son of Donicio and Leonor Reyes Cerda.  His family moved to Tariacuri Michuacan when he was six months old and in 1964 they moved to the United States and settled in the Nampa area.  He was married to Oralia Contreras on July 5, 1967 in Caldwell.  Prior to his death he was employed as a laborer for the Arrow Way Farms.
     He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church.
     He is survived by his wife, Oralia of Nampa; three daughters, Cecilia, Belinda and Rosa Elia of Nampa; father, Dionicio of Nampa; two brothers, Rojelio Cerda of Glenns Ferry, and Ruben Cerda of Nampa; six sisters, Susana Torres, Esther Romero, Rosa Medrano and Silvia Menchaca all of Nampa, Maria Gutierres of Melba and Angelica Romero of Meridian and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his mother and one brother.
     Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday.
