George Fenrich

    Graveside services for George Douglas Fenrich, 67, of Boise, who died Wednesday, Feb. 19, in a Boise hospital of natural causes, will be held at 2 p.m. Satufday at Fargo Cemetery near Wilder, under the direction of Cloverdale Funeral Home, Boise.
    Mr. Fenrich, a cabinetmaker, was born Sept. 14, 1918, at Caldwell, to George and Nellie Fenrich.  He moved with a sister to California when he was very young.  He attended school there, and later attended Caldwell High School.
    He married Verna M. Stephens in 1936.  She died in 1957.
    He was a member of the U.S. Army Air Force from 1942 to 1945.  He was superintendent at several trailer factories in the valley and in the East.  He was a cabinetmaker at Collister Wood Products for many years.  He married Barbara Lembke Owens in 1963.
    He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
    He is survived by a daughter, Georgia Anderson of Idaho falls; three sons, Ritch Fenrich of Spokane, Wash., and George Douglas Fenrich Jr. and Brian Fenrich, both of Boise; two step-daughters, Kristy Osborne and Janis Hall; four sisters, Thelma Magee of Hood River, Ore., Loretta Waite of Los Angeles, and Doris Huffer and Raechal Stevenson, both of Caldwell; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
    Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
