Faris James Farley

      Faris James Farley, 64, of Wilder Route 1, died last night in a local hospital. He was born May 11, 1899, at Amboy, Minn.
     He homesteaded with his parents, Harry and Sarah Farley in Roswell in September 1899. They moved to Fargo community in 1906. He married Elizabeth L. Martin Sept. 26, 1918. Mrs. Farley died Jan. 13, 1947.
     He married Florence L. Burcham, Feb. 29, 1948, at Caldwell.
He was a member of the Wilder Christian Science Church.
     Surviving are his wife, Florence Farley, Wilder; six sons, Eugene F., Orlando, Fla., Calvin H. and Dean E., both of Caldwell, James W., Charles L. and Tommy C., all of Wilder; a stepson, Neil J. Burcham, Wilder; three step-daughters, Mrs. Joyce Richards, Wilder, Mrs. Rosella Hayward, Lewiston, and Miss Jewell Burcham, Seattle; and 17 grandchildren. Two sons preceded him in death, John in April, 1962, and Douglas, in 1929.
     Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tomorrow at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel. Mrs. Frank Hubler, reader for the Christian Science Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Wilder.
