Elbie W. Bright

     Mrs. Elbie Wilson Bright, 81, of Homedale died Wednesday evening in a Nampa nursing home after an extended illness.
     She was born Aug. 15, 1877 at Watseka, Ill., and lived there until her marriage to Charles C. Bright on March 8, 1899 at Watseka.  Following their marriage the couple moved to Ohio.  In 1913 they moved to Spokane, Wash., and in 1914 to the Panhandle area in Idaho, near Sand Point, where they homesteaded.
     In 1919 the family moved to Homedale where they engaged in farming until their retirement in 1939.  Mr. Bright died in 1957 at Nampa.  Mrs. Bright was a member of the Royal Neighbors and of the Methodist Church in Watseka.
     Survivors include two sons, Leo Bright of Homedale and John W. Bright of Spokane;  six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
     Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell.  Rev. Willard Kennon will officiate.
     Interment will be in Wilder Cemetery.
