Graveside services for Elmer E. Byas, 74, 1213 Chicago St.,
Caldwell, who died Wednesday, April 13, at a Caldwell hospital
of natural causes, were conducted today at the
Knolton
Heights
Cemetery,
Caldwell, by Don Baldwin of the Followers of Christ Church,
under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
He was born May 24, 1908, at Junction City, Ore.
He married Mable May White at Burley, Idaho on Feb. 6,
1939. They moved to
Portland,
Ore.,
in 1941 and lived in the Portland area until 12 years ago when
they moved to New Plymouth, Idaho, and lived there until
moving to Caldwell in June of 1982. He was a member of the
Followers of Christ Church.
He is survived by his wife of Caldwell; one
brother, Robert Byas of California; and one sister, Thelma
Weiner of Aberdeen, Wash. |
