Darrell Bevan

    Services for Darrell Owen Bevan, 28, of Wilder, Route 1, who died Friday, Sept. 27, in a farming accident, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Homedale.
    The Rev. Raymond Thompson of the United Methodist Church, Caldwell, will officiate.  Interment will follow at the Wilder Cemetery.
    Mr. Bevan was born April 12, 1957, in Nampa, a son of Wesley "Cap" and Docia Jarvis Bevan.  He was reared and educated in Homedale, graduating from Homedale High School in 1976.  Following graduation, he worked for the forest service.
    On March 12, 1983, he married Melinda Ann Kirkebe in Nampa and they lived in Murphy before returning to the Homedale/Wilder area where he has since resided.  For the past two years, he was worked for "Curly" Vassar Farms.  He was active in the Homedale bowling league.
    He is survived by his parents of Wilder; a sister, Claudia Bevan of Wilder; a paternal grandmother, Bertie Bevan of Caldwell and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
    He was preceded in death by grandparents.
    Memorials may be given to the Idaho Youth Ranch, Box 534, Rupert, Id 83350; the Elks Rehabilitation Hospital, P.O. Box 1100, Boise, Id. 83701; or to a favorite charity
