Carl Walter Brown

Funeral graveside services for Carl Walter Brown, 67, Greenleaf, who died Monday at a Caldwell hospital, will be conducted at 9 a.m. Saturday at Greenleaf Cemetery by Pastor Paul Goins of the Greenleaf Friends Church, under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
     He was born Nov. 27, 19
10, at Zinc, Ark.  He Married Nettie Devore Jan. 7, 1933 at Lead Hill, Ark.  They lived in Zinc until 1937 when they moved to Mountain View, Calif.  He worked in masonry until his retirement in 1972.  They moved to Greenleaf from St. Petersburg, Fla., in July.
     He is survived by is wife of Greenleaf; two sons, Gary of Greenleaf and Larry of Clear Water, Fla; two daughters, Clyden Ferceira of Fremont, Calif., and Freda Jones of Cupertino, Calif., two brothers, Gordon of Santa Clara, Calif. and Coy of Yellville, Ark.; four sisters, Arlie Manley of Mountain View, Calif., Harriet Darby of Santa Susana, Calif., Wanda Laffoon of North Hollywood, Calif., Audrey Richardson of Hawthorne, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
