Clyde H. Mead

     CALDWELL - Services for Clyde Herold Mead, 58, of 1515 Arlington, Caldwell, who died Saturday in a Caldwell hospital, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Boone Memorial Presbyterian Church in Caldwell with the Rev. Robert Reed officiating.  Interment will follow at Canyon Hill under direction of Dakan Chapel.
     Mr. Mead was born Feb. 3, 1909, in Zurich, Kan.  He married Frances Greener on April 6, 1937, at Colorado Springs, Colo.  They lived in Greenland, Colo., before coming to Caldwell in September 1946.  He was associated with the Dunlap Hatchery in Caldwell for the past 21 years.  He was an active member of the Boone Memorial Presbyterian Church and an ordained elder.  He was also a member of the church choir.  He was preceded in death by a sister.
     He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Frances Mead of Caldwell; a son, Donald William (Bill) Mead of Caldwell; three brothers, George Mead of Joplin, Mo., Floyd Mead of Enid, Okla., and Leonard Mead of Elbert, Colo., and two sisters, Mrs. Grace Schriner of Denver and Mrs. Gladys Marrs of Canyon City, Colo.
     Friends may call at the chapel between the hours of 6 and 8 p.m. today.
