Pearle Dawson

     Services for Pearle Dawson,   76, of Caldwell, who died Monday, April 30, in a Caldwell nursing home, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Flahiff   Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
     Pastor John Sinclair of the First Christian Church, Caldwell, will officiate. Interment will follow in the Greenleaf   Cemetery.
     Mrs. Dawson was born Jan. 16,   1908, in Kelso, Wash., to Warren and Ollie Jones. As a child she moved with her parents to Portis, Kan., where she was reared and educated.
     She moved to Caldwell in her mid-teens where she completed   her education and later worked for the telephone company. She married William M. Dawson Sept. 4, 1926, in Caldwell.
     The couple farmed west of   Caldwell from 1939 to 1969 when they moved to Greenleaf. In l979 she moved to Caldwell where she had since resided. She retired from work at the J.R. Simplot Co. in 1973.
     She was a member of the   Greenleaf Friends Church: the   First Christian Church. Caldwell; the Good Sam and Ramblers Club; the ONO Club; and the Rebekah Lodge.
     She is survived by two sons, Larry W. Dawson of Meridian and Mikel W. Dawson of Pasco, Wash.; a brother, Lee Jones of Bremerton, Wash.; two granddaughters; and several nieces   and nephews, including a nephew whom she raised, Bob Jones, of Joplin, Mo.
     She was preceded in death by   her husband in 1929, and by her parents.
     Memorials may be made to the Greenleaf Friends Academy.
