Dorsey Simpson

     WILDER — Dorsey Simpson, 80, Wilder, died yesterday in his home.
    He was born May 25, 1881, in Ontario, Can.  He came to Wilder in 1907 and homesteaded with his father in 1910.  He was married to Mabel C. Slinker, Dec. 25, 1913, at Grand Junction, Colo.  They moved to town in the fall of 1960.
    Mr. Simpson is survived by his wife, Mabel, of Wilder; three sons, David, New Plymouth; Howard, Caldwell, and Willard, Asotin, Wash.; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Brown, Parma and Mrs. Norma Detweiler, Ontario; a brother, Joe Simpson, in Canada; one sister, Mrs. Mary Osborn, Wilder; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
    Services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel with the Rev. Robert Mordhorst and the Rev. Charles E. Allen officiating. Interment will be in Wilder.
