Cline Sidener

    Cline J. Sidener, 86, of Caldwell, died Saturday, December 14, 1996, at the Caldwell hospital.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 18, 1996, at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.  Burial will follow at the Parma Cemetery, Parma, Idaho.
    Mr. Sidener was born January 31, 1910, in Chase County, Kansas, a son of Jake and Effie Sidener.  He moved with his parents to Idaho in 1919 where he attended schools in and around the Teri Davis/Parma area.  Cline married Mildred Remsen in 1935.  He worked as a millwright at J. Neils Lumper Co. in Klickitat, Washington, for 13 years. His wife, Mildred died in April of 1952.  He then came to Caldwell, Idaho, and married Winoma Bigham on November 26, 1953, in Caldwell, where they farmed in the Maple Grove area for 40 years.  He also worked at West Gemco in Caldwell for 6 years. He and Winoma remained on the farm until the present time.
    Survivors include his wife, Winoma, of 43 years; a daughter, Laura Mae Harrison and her husband, Gene of Phoenix, Arizona; a step-daughter, Geri Young of Renton, Washington; a sister, Effie Eunice Pritchard and her husband, Harvey of Boise; a sister, Sylvia Pardue and her husband, Rex of Lewiston; seven grandchildren, Michael, Carma, Duaine, Denise, Gail, Anita and Debra; four step-grandchildren, Galen, Mike, Robert and Debbie; and 19 great-grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Clyde; and his first wife, Mildred.
    The family suggests that memorials be given to the Elks Rehab Hospital, Boise, Idaho.
    Friends may call today until 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 a.m. until noon at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
