Former Parman
Dies At Home of
Son  In Pendleton

    Elmer Edmiston, 70, who came to Parma in 1910 from Kansas died early this morning at the home of his son in Pendleton, Ore., following an illness of about two years.
    The body will arrive at the Peckham chapel in Parma this evening and funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Parma Community church.  Interment will be in the Parma cemetery, beside his wife who died at their Parma home in 1930.
    Survivors are three sons, Everett Edmiston of Pendleton; Hugh Edmiston of Baker City, Ore.; two sisters, and two brothers at Americus, Kans., and one brother residing at Lawrence, Kans.
    Mrs. Edmiston was born at Americus, Kans., August 19, 1869 and came to Parma in 1910 locating on a farm on and one-half miles northeast of Parma, where he continued to live until his health failed about two years. ago.
