Grady L. Davis

     HOMEDALE — Services for Grady Lloyd Davis, 68, Wilder Route 1, who died Friday at a Caldwell hospital will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Homedale's Flahiff Funeral Chapel by the Rev. James McMillan of the Deer Flat Free Methodist Church. Interment will be at the Wilder Cemetery.
    Mr. Davis was born Jan. 26, 1906 at Poolville, Tex., and was reared and educated in Munday, Tex. He was married to Agnes M. Savage on Jan. 28, 1925 in Knox City, Tex. The couple moved to El Monte, Calif., in 1941. He was employed by the Standard Oil Co. there until his retirement in 1971. The couple moved to the Fargo community near Wilder in May 1971 where he had since resided.
    Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Richard L. Davis of La Puente, Calif., and Eddie L. Davis of Homedale; one daughter, Mrs. Denzil Pendleton of Boise; three brothers, Delmus Davis of Flatrock, N.C., Vernon Davis of North Charleston, S.C., and Arnold Davis of Anaheim, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Lester Savage of Yucca Valley, Calif., Mrs. Dovie Partridge of Munday, Tex., and Mrs. Nina May Bivins of San Angels, Tex.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by one brother.
