Mrs. Sarah Sayre
Succumbs at Notus

    Mrs. Sarah Malona Sayre, 86, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jessie M. Thomas of Notus, Wednesday afternoon.  The body is at the Peckham Funeral establishment in Caldwell and funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Baptist church in Notus.  Interment will be in the Roswell cemetery.
    The survivors besides the daughter at whose home she died are seven sons, Edward A. Sayre, La Grande; George Sherman, Frank M. and Ben, all of Roswell; Luther C. and Ernest E. both of Burns, Kans.; Louis of Caldwell; 38 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; two brothers, George and Chester Bryant both of Winfield, Kans.
    Mrs. Sayre was married at Winfield, Kans., April 29, 1873 and spent the greater part of her life in Kansas, before coming to Idaho in 1911.
