Richard Ramos     Richard Ramos, 46, of Nampa, died Thursday, June 23, 1994, at home of natural causes.  Vigil services will be held at 7 p.m. today, June 24, at Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.  Mass will be celebrated at noon Saturday, June 25, at St. Paul's Catholic Church.  Burial will follow at Mr. Calvary Cemetery, Nampa.
